Shipping and returns policy

We ship to United Kingdom, Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia.

Orders are normally shipped within 3 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

• UK: 3-5 working days, but can take up to 14
• Europe: 7-10 working days, but can take up to 20
• USA, Canada, Australia: 10-14 working days, but can take up to 30.

If an order is lost or damaged by the shipping company, contact us and we can discuss a replacement or refund.

If an order is damaged, we will need pictures of the damaged parts.

We offer a 14 day no-questions-asked returns policy in compliance with the UK long distance selling act.

If there is an error in your package, such as a missing or damaged product, contact us and we can issue replacement parts.
